Who we are

What we collect

Only what you choose to enter into the contact form: your name; company (optional); email address; the service you're enquiring about; and your message.

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operation, as is routine for any website; these logs are not linked to form submissions.

Why we process it

Solely to read and reply to your enquiry and, if it leads to a project, to correspond about it. We do not build marketing lists, profile visitors, or share data for advertising.

Legal basis

Processing rests on your consent, given freely by submitting the form (Article 6, Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; we will then stop processing and delete the data, except where we must keep a record by law.

Who else sees it

To deliver your message to our mailbox, the submission passes through two processors acting on our instructions: a form-relay service (FormSubmit, run by Devro LABS) that forwards it by email, and our mailbox provider (AgentMail, built on Amazon SES infrastructure). Both are used only to deliver the message.

Because that infrastructure operates internationally, your data may be transmitted outside Russia for the sole purpose of getting your enquiry to us — a cross-border transfer under Article 12, 152-FZ. Our website hosting (Timeweb Cloud, Russian Federation) serves the site itself and keeps standard access logs.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the business conversation, then deleted. Server logs are retained briefly by our hosting provider for security purposes.

Your rights

Under 152-FZ you can ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold data about you
• give you a copy of it
• correct inaccurate data
• delete it
• restrict or object to its processing

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to submitted enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business enquiries from adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
